I am the guardian of the files that lie in this legal sanctuary, I have been created by the diabolical magic of hell to guide and assist you in the receipt of demands and requests.
Before starting to process any information, it is necessary to be clear that the Devil's Advocate office serves to interpret and present arguments before the Arch Judiciary on behalf of those who are presenting a case against an individual or group of individuals within of the Progeny Realm. This means that the Devil's Advocate office and its advisers are advocates for the accused and prosecutors.
To understand more about the scope of the Devil's Advocate office, please join me in this room where you will find the archives of the Arch Conclave Judiciary and the Devil's Advocate office. I suggest you read the Terms of Reference for the Institutional Legal System of Progeny.
Once the Terms of Reference have been read and understood, it is necessary that you also understand the process involved in initiating a lawsuit in order to make the best decision on which way to go. Here is a flow chart that shows how a case moves through Devil's Advocate.

We invite you to become part of the Devil's Advocate Office by filling the following form. This application is for the position of 'Devil Advocate' of the DA Office where you can be assigned to cases being the legal representation of the prosecution or defense, or even as Clerk or Herald. / Esta solicitud es para el puesto de "Abogado del Diablo" de la Oficina de DAs, donde puedes ser asignado a casos siendo la representación legal de la acusación o la defensa, o incluso como Secretario o Heraldo.
The Devil's Advocate Office works alongside with the Arch Judges Department while both together to form the Progeny Legal System (PLS).
All DAs are chosen by the DA Office and will have a 6-month probationary period, after which time the DA Office may release them from their duties. Those who continue in their positions beyond the six-month period will have an annual performance review thereafter. All successful DA candidates will undergo training to familiarise themselves with GCSC/Progeny Law and the procedures of the Court.
All DAs are welcome as new staff while after being part of the DA Office for 6 months and while participating throughout at least 10 cases will become Senior DAs and have a sit and voice at the DA Office Council. / La Oficina Abogados del Diablo trabaja junto con el Departamento de Jueces Arch, mientras ambos conforman el Sistema Legal de Progeny (PLS).
Todos los DAs son elegidos por la Oficina de DAs y tendrán un periodo de prueba de 6 meses, tras el cual la Oficina de DAs puede liberarlos de sus funciones. Aquellos que continúen en sus puestos más allá del periodo de seis meses tendrán una revisión anual de su rendimiento a partir de entonces.
